Joe’s Everlasting Nutrition Results!

I have always been in somewhat decent shape. I never really focused on my nutrition like I should. Being able to work out 6 days a week, I was able to get by and hide the lack of attention I gave to my diet. Well in early February that all changed. My family and I were rear ended and while luckily we had no major injuries, I had enough damage to my back that for the first time I was going to miss substantial time in the gym. For 3 weeks I continued eating as I always have, probably even a bit worse since I was a tad depressed! But now I did not have a workout regiment to hide the poor choices. One morning I looked in the mirror then stepped on the scale. Needless to say I was not happy. I remembered one of my favorite quotes “invest in yourself, it pays the best dividends”. I decided to chat with Morgan and Michelle to help get me back on track. It was the best decision I have ever made. They helped me dial in my nutrition on 100% rest days since I could not work out. They encouraged me, kept me from feeling sorry for myself, held me accountable to the plan and my goals. For 75% of the time I dieted, I could not work out. When I started the first day I weighed in at 187.6lbs. On my last day I weigh 172lbs! That’s 15.6lbs in 12 weeks with 9 of those weeks being all rest days! This stuff works! My energy level is through the roof. I feel amazing. The best part was now I am able to work out regularly again, and I have gained strength and endurance. My 2nd week back I hit a PR on “Fran”. Their plan is not a fad diet. You will lose weight, your body composition will change and your energy in the gym will be increased. I can not say enough about these 2 women. Their plan, their support and their friendship have gotten me in the best shape of my life and all after an extended time out of the gym. If you are serious about being the best you that you can be….Contact them, trust them and follow the plan. If you do, the results will follow. Make the investment in yourself.
