Marc R’s Everlasting Nutrition Results!

I approached Morgan and Michelle about Nutrition because I wanted to perform better in the gym. This program did exactly that and had plenty of additional benefits. I had more energy, hit plenty of PR’s, saw a substantial amount of weight loss, and really enjoyed narrowing down what I was eating to the basics. The initial adjustment was tough, especially because I am on the road A LOT for work. Meal prepping, figuring out how to fit it into a small lunchbox (for a 4 day stretch) and then keeping it cool over that 4 day period was not easy. Through trial and error, I was able to get into a routine that allowed me to really stick to the program and stay committed even when on the road.
I’m happy I did it, I can’t remember the last time I was at this weight. I feel lighter on my feet, stronger overall in the gym, and I really enjoyed throwing out the junk food for a while. This program is laid out for you and even when there is confusion, Morgan and Michelle were always there to help figure something out. I’d recommend this if you’re interested in taking the next step in improving yourself inside and outside the gym.
