Home of CrossFit Everlasting

Maryland's Premier Fitness Facility

At Everlasting Fitness, our Abingdon location is in the perfect spot. Right off 95 but tucked back enough where we can do our thing. We have 10,400 sq/ft of space and tons of equipment at the ready. Not only that, it's full of fantastic people, each committed to their own definition of greatness. Simply put, it’s one super-tight community. Unlike other gyms known for not giving their athletes the full attention they deserve, we raise the excellence bar by stressing the importance of strong coaching. Sure, we have a big space and plenty of equipment—and we even have some things others don’t, like a dedicated weightlifting area. But honestly, it’s our community and friendly, knowledgeable coaches that set us apart from the pack. We have our own official USAW weightlifting club called "Everlasting Barbell." Wherever you are on your CrossFit journey, we’ll be right beside you, ensuring that you stay committed to the challenge before you. Want a caring, committed community that’s drama free? Step into our box today!

  • I was in a major rut in my exercise routine. I had read about CrossFit but I was skeptical because I was not a gymnast or an Olympic power lifter, and had heard stories about injuries. In 2014, I tried CrossFit Everlasting with a friend for one week and that was all I needed!

  • Hey everybody, I wanted to take some time to pass along some gratitude to each you for the help I have received throughout this year. I made a lot of personal strides this year and a lot of it is thanks to the time I spent in CFE. Bret, Thank you for being a consistent coach and providing an environment for me to thrive in. This year I made leaps that I never thought I would be able to. A huge shift mentally and physically for me in the gym (*cough cough Von Damme*, never thought I was gonna finish that one). There were things that I never thought of doing before that I was able to accomplish thanks to what you provide. Your knowledge…

  • I have learned what good, clean nutrition is, met some of the best people in the community and how to work through adversity. I tore my ACL but in less than 6 months, I was cleared to go back to normal activities - 6 weeks ahead of schedule! I never stopped doing CrossFit, just altered and scaled my workouts. Bret and the team are awesome and inspiring!
