How to Stay Fit When You Have No Time:

  1. Short, effective workouts. 30 minutes of high-intensity training beats an hour of wandering around the gym.
  2. Stack habits. Do air squats while brushing your teeth, or push-ups before showering.
  3. Prioritize movement over “exercise.” Take the stairs, park farther away, or walk during calls.
  4. Schedule workouts like meetings. If it’s on your calendar, you’ll do it.
  5. Join a group for accountability. You’ll never regret showing up, but you will regret quitting.
