NOVICE – DB 35/20 (12 Goblet Squats in place of Thrusters)

Karen
RX – Wall Ball 20/14 to a 10ft Target
SCALED – Wall Ball 14/10 to a 10ft Target
NOVICE – Wall Ball 10/6 to a 10ft Target
Full Depth Squats for all. Hip crease below the knee.
Grace
RX – 135/95
SCALED – 115/75
NOVICE – 95/65
Power Clean or Squat Clean. Press/Push Press/Push Jerk/Split Jerk OK. Each rep starts from the ground. Full lockout expected on each rep.

Karen – Wall Ball
Grace – Barbell, bumpers, clips

RX – Barbell 95/65 Box 24”/20”
SCALED – Barbell 75/55 Box 24”/20”
NOVICE – Barbell 45/35 Box 24”/20”
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Barbell/Bumpers/Clips
Box
2 Cones/Water Bottles or Markers of some sort
NOTES
Each partner will complete separately. Score is time completed for each. We will add your times together for your team score.
Markers for Shuttle Runs can be raised off of the floor, looking for a touch on each rep. One 30 ft stretch = 1 Rep.
Hang Snatch – Stand to full extension before first rep then bar may drop anywhere between knee and hip.
Box Jump Overs- 2 Foot jump Facing Box or Lateral is OK. Full extension on top is NOT required. Both feet must touch top of box. Novice, same standards but step overs is permitted.
