“We started CrossFit over 18 months ago with a goal to improve our overall health. Immediately we began to see improvements in our strength and mobility, but we were not seeing a change in our body composition. We thought we had a decent plan around healthy eating and meal prep but it was too complicated for our lifestyle. We found ourselves opting for easier meals, often resulting in eating out with the kids on the weekends or ending the evening with a bowl of ice cream. We came to the realization that you cannot out-exercise poor eating habits. We heard a bit about the Everlasting Nutrition program by word of mouth and actually seeing the results in other members that took it on. We love cooking, will eat just about any meat or vegetable, and we are creative with our food prep, so this was an easy choice. There were days where the temptations were high, but doing the plan together helped keep us on track. We not only shared the meal prep and encouragement to stay on track but the competition between us was fun too! Trust the process and you will be rewarded! We couldn’t be happier with the results!
