Everlasting Nutrition Results! Congrats Coach Julie!

I have been active for most of my adult life. I have been in the gym lifting some heavy weights and trying to out lift the boys  After having my kids, it all changed. My body changed with each of the kids and didn’t respond to exercise as it had. I started Crossfit in 2016 hoping that it would kickstart whatever stalled. Looking back, my problem was nutrition. I still ate junk food rationalizing that I worked out that day. With the help of Michelle and Morgan, they have been able to help me get back on track. I thought that it was going to be hard eating all the food at certain times of the day (and it was in the beginning). I have been able to integrate it into my life even with a hectic job at times. Over the past 12 weeks, I have pushed myself in the gym and have forced myself to do mostly sport workouts telling myself that I can do them! I lost 11 pounds and am officially at my pre-pregnancy weight – a place that I have not been for 5 years!
