In April, Amy started working with coaches Morgan and Michelle to improve her nutrition. Her goal was to lose weight, make positive strides in the box, and feel better overall. Amy travels a minimum of 100 miles a day, visiting customers at restaurants, of all places! Amy’s dedication and consistency sticking to her meal plan, packing her food each day, and working out regularly has lead to her success! Amy has lost over 10lbs, PR’d her mile run, completed her first pull-up and first rope climb, and feels better then ever! Best of all, Amy’s family followed suit, eating healthier and improving their athletic endeavors.
Amy said this after improving her nutrition, “I am not afraid to challenge myself and oftentimes I am surprised that I am able to do more than I thought, due to my increased strength and energy”.
